The holiday villa Black Sea Panorama is a 20 minute walk form the beach on the Black Sea coast near Varna , which is Bulgaria's
3rd largest city and a magnificent port, situated at the end of a large bay. Bulgaria is a land for all seasons - endless sandy beaches,
rugged snow peaked mountain ranges, lush green hills, magnificent architecture and mineral water springs and spas

Traditional Bulgarian detached villa situated in the Golden Sands National Park. Black Sea Panorama is nestled at the top
of the forested hills of a National Park overlooking the Golden Sands resort.

It has magnificent views to the sea and surrounding forest. The famous Alaja Monastery is situated at the foot of the coast road that leads to the villa. The monks built the monastery in the rock face in the 5th Century, which, when you climb it has beautiful views to the sea.

The villa is 11 miles north of Varna. The Golden Sands beach is a 20 minute walk down to the national forest park.

Taxis are available at the resort to ferry you back to the villa after a day/night out.

The area is a popular local beauty spot, where the locals visit at weekends for picnics and scenic walks.

The villa has 2 separate luxury furnished apartments to 4* Standard, each one consisting of living/dining area with kitchen and two bedrooms and separate bathrooms, accommodating 8-10 persons (4 - 5 persons in each apartment).

The villa is let only to one party, either one apartment only, or both.
Another party will not be occupying the second apartment whilst you are in residence, giving exclusive use to the villa.

Both apartments have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer and satellite TV.

Weekly maid service is provided free of charge on request.

Outside, the villa has a spacious garden with patios, garden furniture, swimming-pool and drive. The garden also has numerous fruit trees, and vines grow over the driveway area.
