Bulgarian Holiday
Villa

THE AREA
LET BULGARIA AWAKE YOUR SENSES
Bulgaria continues to attract more and more visitors and the
Black Sea Coast has become a famous international resort area awash
with 380km stretch of fine golden sands, calm and safe seas and blue
flag winning resorts.
Bulgaria boasts an incredible 10 to 11 hours of sun daily during
July, August and September. In early May and late September it is a
particular favourite to the less ardent sun worshipper, when it is
not quite as hot, and this all
adds to a truly excellent climate.
Bulgaria has hundreds of tiny little forgotten villages with
friendly locals (and some lethal homebrew) the villagers in the
rural areas live off the land, rear their own livestock and are
among the most happiest, most friendly people you wish to meet.
VARNA AND SURROUNDING AREAS
Varna is Bulgaria's 3rd largest city and a magnificent port, situated at
the end of a large bay. It has a cosmopolitan atmosphere,
where ancient,
medieval and modern cultures mix. Cultural attractions, historical
buildings, Maritime Museum, Dolphinaruium, Botanical Gardens, Roman Baths,
pavement bars, cafes and garden restaurants ..... everything is here for a
holiday destination.
The 19th century
cathedral of the Assumption of the
virgin is an imposing landmark, and centres around the main street. It is
one of the most impressive
buildings in Bulgaria, which by evening when light up is a truly
magnificent sight. A cluster of seaside resorts and small inland towns
surround Varna.

GOLDEN SANDS —sun worshipping
Set on a background of lush Vegetation,
Golden Sands
offers stunning
scenery, white golden sands and a clean sea. Golden Sands is 11 miles north
of Varna and sits at the foot of the forested hills of the Golden Sands
National Park, which is one of the oldest in the country and
features a
variety of forestry walks. Black Sea Panorama Villa sits at the top of the
forest overlooking the resort. The constant temperature
of 27 degrees and the
microclimate of Golden Sands throughout the season make it a wonderful
holiday destination You will find spa salons,
aqua parks, paragliding,
jet-skiing, coastal fishing and sight seeing trips. On a evening the resort
comes alive with traditional Bulgarian cafes and restaurants, street stalls,
discos, and a abundant of cocktail bars.
BALCHIK

Balchik
is a small harbour town founded in 6th century BC. A quiet seaside town
tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It has a ancient atmosphere
that has
been preserved for centuries. Balchik is set on a wooded hill with new
restaurants near to the harbour. It attracts tourists because
it has one of
the largest botanical gardens in Europe.

ALBENA
 By
comparison to Golden Sands,
Albena
is a much smaller quieter resort with
modern buildings and a young style. With 7kms of stunning coastline offering
the same facilities with a good selection of restaurants and folk taverns.
The resort lies beneath a relatively high hill and is given particular charm
by the nearby forest of Baltata, (again a protected area).
KALIAKRA CAPE

Cape is an archaeological,
historical and natural reserve. Its cultural and natural value can be found
in the mediaeval remains, it has numerous caves, red rock niches and bird
